Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 18, 2025
Tomorrow's Step is built on what we call Privacy Always. This means we collect as little as possible, explain everything in plain language, and use your information only to run Olyris and improve your experience. We do not collect data for advertising, we do not sell your information, and we do not buy information about you from data brokers.
Who we are
Tomorrow’s Step LLC is based in Charleston, South Carolina, USA. Our flagship product is Olyris, an adaptive planning and wellbeing companion. This policy covers our website, mobile apps, and related services.

1. What we collect and why
We only collect what we need to make Olyris work for you. Nothing is collected for ads. Nothing is collected to profile you or follow you around the internet.
A. Account and identifiers
- Anonymous or pseudonymous IDs from Firebase and testing platforms.
- Optional email address, if you choose to give it to us.
How we use this: To sign you in, associate your data with your account, communicate essential updates, and keep accounts secure.
B. App activity and diagnostics
- How often you open the app and which major screens you visit.
- When core features are tapped, such as creating a plan or adjusting your day.
- Crash reports and technical logs when something breaks.
How we use this: To understand bugs, reduce crashes, and make Olyris easier to navigate. We do not log the full text of your tasks or journal entries into analytics.
C. Content you provide
- Your tasks and planning details.
- Your routines, preferences, and scheduling windows.
- Your mood, energy, or capacity check-ins, if you choose to share them.
How we use this: To generate your plans, pace your day, reflect your needs, and support you inside Olyris. We do not use this content to build an advertising profile.
D. Health and wellness data (optional)
- Steps, distance, or activity details from Apple Health or Google Fit, if you grant permission.
How we use this: To support pacing, energy awareness, and personalized planning. If you disable the permission, we stop receiving new data.
E. Device and technical data
- Device type and operating system version.
- App version, performance signals, and basic security information.
- General region (such as country or state).
How we use this: To make sure Olyris runs properly on your device and to protect accounts from misuse.
2. Where data comes from
- From you, when you use Olyris or contact us.
- From your device or operating system, if you choose to grant permissions.
- From service providers that handle things like authentication, analytics, or crash reporting.
3. How we use data in plain language
Everything we collect is used to make Olyris work for you, improve stability, or understand how to support people better. Our goal is to make life feel lighter, not to turn your information into a product.
- We use your content and preferences to build and adjust your plans.
- We use high-level usage patterns to improve the flow and reduce confusion.
- We use crash and error information to fix problems and keep the app stable.
- We use technical signals to protect accounts and prevent misuse.
We do not run ads. We do not sell your information. We do not buy information about you. We do not use cross-app tracking. If any of that ever changed, we would ask your permission first.
4. Platform disclosures
Apple App Privacy: We disclose each category we collect and how it is used, as required by the App Store.
Apple App Tracking Transparency: This is the system prompt that asks whether an app is allowed to track you across other apps and websites. We do not do this. If that ever changed, you would see the system prompt and could say no.
Google Play Data Safety: We provide similar disclosures for Android users.
5. When we share data
We only share information in these situations:
- With trusted service providers that help run Olyris or our website.
- With optional AI or voice features that you explicitly enable.
- If required to comply with the law or protect someone’s safety.
Our vendors are not permitted to use your information for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
We keep information only for as long as we need it.
- Account data: We keep your tasks, plans, and check-ins while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymize this information within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.
- Crash and diagnostic logs: We keep detailed logs temporarily, usually weeks to a few months. Afterwards, they are deleted or reduced to non-identifying summaries.
- Health data: We only receive this if you enable Health or Fit integrations. If you disable the permission, we stop receiving new data, and existing items are treated like other account data.
- Backups: We maintain secure backups for disaster recovery. Backup copies may exist longer, but they are not used to make product decisions or for marketing.
7. How we protect data
We use encryption where appropriate, limit internal access, apply least-privilege principles, and monitor for unusual or harmful activity.
8. Your rights and choices
- You can update or revoke app permissions through your device settings.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
- You can opt out of non-essential analytics or communications when those options are offered.
- We respect certain browser privacy signals when legally required.
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), we do not sell or share your information. Under European law (GDPR), depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or request portability.
9. Children
Olyris is not directed to children under 13. If we become aware of information from a child under 13, we delete it.
10. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries. We aim to apply consistent protection regardless of where data is processed.
11. Changes to this policy
When we make updates, we change the date at the top. If changes are meaningful, we communicate through the app, website, or email when appropriate.
