About Tomorrow’s Step
Tomorrow’s Step LLC is a people-first technology company headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina. Founded in 2025, we design and build software that respects how real humans work, think, and recover, especially those navigating neurodivergence, chronic stress, or unpredictable schedules.
Our focus is on adaptive experiences: tools that respond to changing energy, responsibilities, and emotional bandwidth instead of expecting users to “push harder” or fit into rigid systems.
Quick facts
Olyris™ — Adaptive planning and support for complex lives
Olyris is an adaptive planning and support companion that helps people organize their time, tasks, and wellbeing without sacrificing their humanity. Instead of static to-do lists, Olyris continuously adjusts plans based on capacity, context, and what actually happens during the day.
Adaptive daily planning
Plans that move with you. Olyris reshuffles tasks when energy, focus, or circumstances change — instead of punishing you for not “sticking to the plan.”
Capacity-aware scheduling
Users can reflect their current capacity (overloaded, normal, or thriving), and Olyris automatically scales the workload up or down to protect long-term wellbeing.
Support across assistance levels
From light guidance and gentle nudges to more structured, step-by-step support, Olyris can flex between different levels of assistance depending on what the user needs that day.
Emotion & context awareness
Users can check in with mood, stress, and context. Olyris factors this into routines and tasks to reduce overwhelm instead of adding to it.
Voice & multimodal interaction
Ongoing development includes voice-based interaction and multimodal assistance so users can engage in the way that feels most accessible in the moment.
Privacy-first by design
Olyris follows Tomorrow’s Step’s “Privacy Always” principle — minimizing data collection, prioritizing user control, and designing features that assume users deserve dignity and discretion.
Tomorrow's Step
Tomorrow’s Step is led by founder and CEO Josh Willard, who built Olyris out of his own experience navigating neurodivergence, chronic health, and high-demand work. If you want the full story behind Tomorrow’s Step and Olyris, we invite you to read our Founder Story page!
